Weeping Werecat

Our garlic sauces - the Howlers - are amazing. We think so, and so do a lot of our customers. And we've been thinking about making something complementary to it. And this was the result: The Weeping Werecat.

This sauce is almost exclusively sautéed onions, with a healthy dose of Bird's Eye peppers added to give it a kick. This blend of onions and peppers is complemented by balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients: red onion, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, olive oil, bird's eye pepper, salt
