Wailing Werecat

Our garlic sauces - the Howlers - are amazing. We think so, and so do a lot of our customers. And we've been thinking about making something complementary to it. And this was the result: The Wailing Werecat.

This sauce is almost exclusively sautéed onions. This blend of onions and peppers is complemented by balsamic vinegar. But this sauce differs from the Weeping Werecat in one key area: The heat.

We've added a VERY (un)healthy amount of Carolina Reaper peppers, and we feel that this particular version of the sauce can be (un)safely classified as our only 12/10 sauce. So caution is advised.
