Perilous Phoenix

This sauce has a bit of a kick to it, using a combination of Red Bell peppers, onion, garlic, Cayenne and Thai Chili peppers. Simple, yet deceptively tasty.

Ingredients: red pepper, red wine vinegar, water, onion, thai chilli pepper, vegetable oil, maple syrup, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper
