One of our most popular sauces. First we took garlic. Then we added some garlic. And then we roasted some of it and added more. Tossed in an onion, some other stuff and a few Habaneros, and came up with this sweet, garlic concoction. It's got just enough spice to bite, but the garlic soothes all.

But the bite, apparently, was not enough. So we make it stronger. Adding an unhealthy amount of Ghost Pepper (bhut jolokia) we've increased the heat. This might be a limited edition, we're unsure. Either way, enjoy your super-spicy garlic the way nature (never) intended.
