The Elephants, all three, are a curry sauce. We use three different kinds of curry: red, yellow, and black, as well as a mix of other ingredients to bring this unique sauce to life. We started with the spiciest version, not sure what would happen. And after tasting it, it was decided to bring it milder, and then even milder because the flavours of this sauce are just so awesome.
