We made this sauce on a lark, really. It was a need to use up some peppers that we got a whole lot of.
Blended, but not smoothly, this sauce combines fresh Cayenne peppers and Habaneros to make an oddly satisfying topping. It's hot, but not in every bite. It can quite literally be an explosion in your mouth.
