Courageous Curlytail

It's back!
This sauce is made with fresh Blackberries, and has just the right enough spice to let you know it's there, but not too much to overwhelm the flavours.

This one is a favourite of at least one Ottawa-based person ;)

Ingredients

Ingredients: cider vinegar, water, red onion, red pepper, blackberries, whiskey, maple syrup, vegetable oil, serano pepper, habanero pepper, salt
Ingrédients: vinaigre de cidre, eau, oignon rouge, poivron rouge, mûres, whisky, sirop d'érable, huile végétale, piment serrano, piment habanero, sel
