Our garlic sauces - the Howlers - are amazing. We think so, and so do a lot of our customers. And we've been thinking about making something complementary to it. And this was the result: The Weeping Werecat.

This sauce is almost exclusively sautéed onions, with a tiny amount of thai chili peppers to give it a - some might say - wimpy kick. This blend of onions is complemented by balsamic vinegar. 

Ingredients: red onion, balsamic vinegar, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, olive oil, bird's eye pepper, salt
Ingrédients: oignon rouge, vinaigre balsamique, vinaigre de vin rouge, cassonade, huile d'olive, piments d'oiseau, sel
