Dark Bunny Sauces' Test Batches are our way of getting the creative bug out of our system.

Some of these sauces end up eventually becoming full out sauces in our lineup, but they require a little bit of tweaking. Some are just one-off sauces where we wanted to try something, and it just either didn't work the way we wanted it to, or the particular ingredients can't be gotten easily or regularly. But either way, our Test Batches are works in progress.

Brown sauce - or steak sauce - is something ubiquitous. Everyone knows A1 or HP sauce. And we wanted to try our hand at it. So we've made our version. Well, or at least we're working on it. This test batch will definitely undergo refining. But for the moment, we've named it "K9" sauce because... reasons.

Ingrédients : eau, vinaigre balsamique, sauce worcestershire, ketchup, moutarde, vinaigre de malt, vinaigre de cidre, mélasse de grenade, concentré de tomate, tomates, oranges, épices, sucres (raisins secs), oignon rouge, ail.
Ingredients: water, balsamic vinegar, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, malt vinegar, cider vinegar, pomegranate molasses, tomato paste, tomatoes, oranges, spices, sugars (raisins), red onion, garlic

Ingrédients: vinaigre de malt, pommes, prunes, tomates, oignon rouge, cassonade, mélasse de grenade, tamarin, piments thaï, ail, oranges, poivre noir, moutarde, muscade, gingembre, cannelle, sel, baies de genièvre, clous de girofle, piment de la Jamaïque
Ingredients: malt vinegar, apples, plums, tomatoes, red onion, brown sugar, pomegranate molases, tamarind, thai chilies, garlic, oranges, black pepper, mustard, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, salt, juniper berries, cloves, allspice
