Hearty Horse

Formerly, Test Batch 40c was a happy accident. This was our longest-running test batch, but all good things deserve punishment. And so it has become the Hearty Horse.

A mustard that eventually led to the creation of the Hoppy Hedgehogs, The Hearty Horse is a horseradish-stout mustard. a little bitter, just a touch of heat from the horseradish, but oh so amazing on sandwiches.

Ingredients:stout beer, yellow and black mustard seeds, cider vinegar, turmeric, salt, maple syrup, mustard powder, malt vinegar, horseradish, lemon juice
Ingrédients: bière forte, graines de moutarde jaunes et noires, vinaigre de cidre, curcuma, sel, sirop d'érable, poudre de moutarde, vinaigre de malt, raifort, jus de citron
