Our friends down at iFC, for 2018, decided their convention's theme would be Canadian Invasion.
They also asked us to participate by having something in their Charity Auction, and yet another hot-wings panel.
So how could we resist the opportunity?
Blending high-quality dark Canadian Maple Syrup with Quebec-grown habanero peppers, smoke dried Ghost peppers... we made something very much Canadian.
And we're so not sorry.
