Soulful Snow Leopard Limited Edition

Before CanFURence 2023, while visiting family in a small town in Ontario, we visited a small store called the Southampton Olive Oil Company. There, we discovered the glory of a black cherry balsamic vinegar. Instant love and the need to make a special batch of the Soulful Snow Leopard. And then, as fate would have it, just after the convention we stopped at a chocolatier - Purdy's - in a mall and found a new kind of chocolate called Ruby, which is a pink chocolate that has some fruity untertones to it.

This had to be made.

So the recipe for Soulful Snow Leopard was tweaked, the ruby chocolate combined with some blond, the balsamic completely replaced with the dark cherry balsamic, and otherwise left it alone as a combination of the chocolates and dark cherries. The result: A delicious edition that just simply pops! A much deeper flavour than the original and yet still recognisable.
