Renard's Rapiers

Fruit is amazing. And we are so inundated with fruits here in Quebec that a decision was made to make a bunch of them into sauces. And the best ones to use are berries! So we present Renard's Rapiers. Berry-based sauces with a kick, available in several flavours.

Ingredients: fruit (raspberries or wild blueberries or sweet dark cherries or corinth grapes), cider vinegar, water, sugar, thai chili, lime juice, vanilla
