And we like it that way. Made with all sorts of green things: Green tomatoes, green Poblano peppers, green peppers, green jalapenos... The sauce works amazingly well with Mexican-style dishes. A low-to-midling-spice level makes this a light, yet versitile addition to your meals. So long as you like green.

2021 Update: Due to nobody's demand, we've added a twist to the sauce!
Periquito Picante is now available in Red Label variety! We've added a splash of extract to knock the heat level up, so if you love the sauce but want it to be... more... now's your chance.

Other 2021 update: We also messed up. In making the red label batch, we done goofed and accidentally put way too much lime into the recipe, so we have very limited batches of "Puckered Periquito" in both white and red labels.
