Mad Dog #5
This sauce was a request by the wonderful Karine Charlebois. It was a unique challenge, in that this sauce is meant to be mixed with alcohol. So mixing vanilla bean, cinnamon, maple syrup, mint, and the wonderfully burning Trinidad Scorpion pepper was a treat.
