This was an amazingly fun sauce to make, challenged by Mathieu and Sam (Hi Guys!). The sauce is based in oranges. Oranges, with just a bit of dark chocolate, and some nice scotch bonnet peppers to add a touch of heat. The citrus makes this a wonderful sauce to add to stir fry, or to anything really!
