Lounging Leopard

This was an amazingly fun sauce to make, challenged by Mathieu and Sam (Hi Guys!). The sauce is based in oranges. Oranges, with just a bit of dark chocolate, and some nice scotch bonnet peppers to add a touch of heat. The citrus makes this a wonderful sauce to add to stir fry, or to anything really!

Ingredients: oranges, water, maple vinegar, cider vinegar, sweet red pepper, maple syrup, vidalia onion, scotch bonnet pepper, dark chocolate, garlic, salt
