Harmless Howler

Our garlic just got nicer! First we took garlic. Then we added some garlic. And then we roasted some of it and added more. Tossed in an onion, some other stuff and - due to a request - did not add any spicy peppers, and came up with this sweet, garlic concoction. It's got all the taste of the Halitosis Howler, but none of the pepper bite.
