One of our most popular sauces. First we took garlic. Then we added some garlic. And then we roasted some of it and added more. Tossed in an onion, some other stuff and a few Habaneros, and came up with this sweet, garlic concoction. It's got just enough spice to bite, but the garlic soothes all.

Ingredients: garlic, water, white vinegar, onion, sugar, lime juice, olive oil, habanero pepper, worcester sauce, salt, cumin
Ingrédients: ail, eau, vinaigre blanc, onion, sucre, jus de lime, huile d'olive, piment habanero, la sauce de worcestershire, sel, cumin
