Chunky Coati - Red

Originally, the Chunky Coati was our first attempt at salsa. And although it was good, it wasn't exactly what we were aiming for.
So as of the end of 2023, we decided to play with the recipe and make a new version of the Coati. And, out of the gate, the mild version was a winner. We've now refined it a bit, and made the Medium version. The Hot will be coming soon.

We've ramped the heat up on this red label version of the salsa, adding more peppers, and adding a few other chilies to kick it up.

Using fresh tomatoes, peppers and herbs, we've crafted a wonderful salsa!
