This one was a long time coming.
And it wasn't easy, but with approval on the ingredients, we've created another fruit-based sauce that feels a little... odd on the tongue.
Papaya fruit, a couple of hot peppers, a bit of fresh lime, and some agave syrup to sweeten it just a little.

Ingredients: papaya, white vinegar, white onion, lime, agave syrup, scotch bonnet, trinidad scorpion, ginger, garlic, salt, star anise extract, cloves, nutmeg, tumeric, cinnamon, allspice
