So, I was tasked to experiment with something. Someone made a request to try and make things gluten free as well as soy free (for the sauces with either).
Well, the gluten free works for nearly all of them (sorry Pangolin fans, this one's not happening), but soy free Zesty Zonkey?
Using something called coconut aminos (something I did not know existed), I ran a test, and it worked! We will now be adding a Zesty Zonkey variant to the lineup - soy free! It ends up a touch more expensive, but not horribly so, and actually tastes more orange (somehow).
