Just made something in three varieties, which 2 will be available for tasting at FE.
Why 2? Because the third is...
If any of you tell me that 51c IS NOT SPICY ENOUGH ... well... I don't know. but this sauce I will definitely be requesting forms signed to taste it.
I will not make anything hotter than this. Although this sauce is amazingly tasty, DBS prides itself on the taste and usefulness of our hot sauces. And there''s a point where the novelty of heat isn't worth it.
I love making sauces for you folks.
I love seeing the faces people make at the hotter ones.
But I would much rather make things you will use again and again creatively than make something that will sit in your fridge and get pulled out only for novelty.
