And now for something completely different.
Well, not really. Just something new. 

This has become a new go-to in our fridge, and we think you'll like it too. We introduced this at a recent MonFur BBQ, at at CanFURence. 

Pickled Jalapeno rings. Kind of. 


We combined fresh cut jalapenos, pieces of fresh garlic, mustard seed, black peppercorns, red wine vinegar and salt to make this awesome addition to your meals.  But we couldn't just let them speak for themselves: We kicked up the spice just a notch by adding some pequin peppers to the mix. 

We've been using them as toppings on burgers, hot dogs, nachos, fajitas... and though not quite as addictive as their cousin the Blasted Bat, they are damned tasty in their own right.
