Dark Bunny Sauces' Test Batches are our way of getting the creative bug out of our system.

Some of these sauces end up eventually becoming full out sauces in our lineup, but they require a little bit of tweaking. Some are just one-off sauces where we wanted to try something, and it just either didn't work the way we wanted it to, or the particular ingredients can't be gotten easily or regularly. But either way, our Test Batches are works in progress.

 We wanted to make a sauce that went with fish. And other things, of course. And we think that we managed to make a winner. 
We combined fresh lemons, garlic, and just a touch of spice. Understand that this is definitely not a dessert sauce, the bitterness of the lemons balances the spice and makes for a very unique tasting sauce. 


Ingredients: lemons, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, thai chillis, lemon peel, honey, water, white wine vinegar
Ingrédients: citrons, ail, paprika, cumin, sel, piments thaïlandais, zeste de citron, miel, eau, vinaigre de vin blanc
