This was both the first sauce we made that used anything hotter than a ghost pepper, and the first of the customer suggestions that we turned into a sauce. The first time around it went over alright, with an odd tangy yet sweet flavour and a rush of heat. We've tweaked the recipe, and think that this time around we made it that much better.
A few of the best uses we've found for this particular mix of Kiwis and Reapers is as a salad dressing or a submarine sandwich sauce. A bit vinegary, but tasty and hot.
