This sauce starts out smooth, deep smokey flavour, but then the spiciness builds. it was our first sauce using the Bhut Jolokia pepper (more commonly known as the Ghost Pepper), this sauce isn't for the faint of heart!
Don't be too frightened, though, the spiciness may build slowly as you eat it but it isn't an insane amount of spice. Yet.
