This is a fermented Cayenne pepper sauce. Think something akin to Tobasco. It has fermented for a month and a half, and contains Cayenne peppers, garlic, a touch of red bell pepper, salt, and cider vinegar to round it out.
You folks wanted something to make buffalo sauces out of? This'll be it.
