Previously this was Test Batch 54.
It was the most experimental of experimental sauces. But after testing, experimenting, and eating it on things, we decided that it wins out and deserved to become a real sauce! So allow us to formally introduce to you the Stern Steer.
We take weeks to make some black garlic, used some kumato tomatoes, and then tossed in some habaneros to make this sauce. A deep, earthy steak sauce.
We're aware it's a little more expensive, but that's because it quite literally take 3 to 4 weeks to make.
